Actions: Responsible / Note
Strategy & Alignment (Vision 2030)
The group discussed aligning all initiatives with the Cardano Vision 2030 document. Yoram emphasized that everything from RWA solutions to marketing must connect back to these KPIs to ensure efficiency. Tomas noted that future Intersect budgets (2026) will likely require templates tied to this vision.
All Members: Review the proposed ideas in the working document against Vision 2030 KPIs and provide feedback asynchronously.
Education & Academic Integration
Discussion on getting Cardano content into universities (APEC region specifically). Natalie mentioned collaborating with the Cardano Academy on a "Founder Track." Gintama highlighted a "soft skills" gap: technical builders often lack the research or business development skills to solve real industry problems.
Phil Lewis: Refine the "Education" section of the document to include localized content and business-centric (not just technical) coursework.
Inbound: Ecosystem Mapping & Cardano.org
Phil introduced a draft requirements document for an Ecosystem Mapping Tool. The goal is a community-owned, robust database with filtering by geography, jurisdiction, and industry sector. Tomas suggested integrating AI agents/widgets to help enterprises map out technical stacks (e.g., node implementation timelines).
Simo: Manage permissions for members to access the requirements document and spreadsheet on the shared drive. All Members: Add comments/feedback to the draft requirements doc.
Outbound: Proactive Business Development
Yoram argued that "lead generation" is not the primary challenge; the bottleneck is onboarding and implementation. Discussion focused on whether to train new BDs (long-term) or engage existing agencies (short-term). The group debated the "Trusted Partner Network" to decentralize the Cardano Foundation's (CF) current role as the sole entry point.
Phil Lewis: Prepare a document capturing the "Trusted Partner Network" and "Business Development Framework" strategies to be agreed upon at the next meeting.
Community & Transparency
Joe (Venture Centre) emphasized anchoring academic research in local community hubs (Vietnam, NZ). Pedro highlighted the need for detailed Case Studies (including small-to-medium grade projects, not just NASA/Petrobras) to power up business developers globally.
Pedro Lucas: Share resources/approaches for live-call workshops and face-to-face onboarding techniques used at 45PB.
