Website & Persona Mapping

Laura Mattiucci presented a new navigation structure for cardano.org targeting four audiences: Developers, Enterprise, Institutions, and Community.

Laura Mattiucci to continue refining the website navigation and "start building/integrating" calls to action.

Budget & GMC

Simo Simovic noted that the GMC is requesting budget drafts for committees in the next few weeks.

Simo Simovic to share the budget application template with the chairs/secretary.

BD & Lead Gen Network

Jo mentioned an existing lead generation engine built by Yoram/Andamio. Discussion focused on how to incentivize BD without "recycling" treasury funds.

Phil Lewis/Laura to ask Yoram to present a case study/pilot results of the lead gen engine to the group.

Trusted Partner Network

The group discussed the need for a "consultant" or "agency" network to act as a first point of contact for regional or industry-specific inquiries.

All Members to define specific tasks for this network to be tracked in ClickUp.

Ambassador Focus

Gintama raised concerns about ambassadors shifting focus to partner chains (like Midnight). He emphasized that the focus should remain on Cardano first.

Working Group to ensure BD initiatives and partner networks prioritize Cardano-native growth.

Education Strategy

Gintama suggested focusing on youth/universities for long-term growth; Jo suggested focusing education on current policy makers and enterprise builders.

Gintama to bring specific implementation ideas for the education/BD pilot to the next meeting.
